Chuck Lasam, CEO
Chuck brings 20 years of BPO experience and 15 years of leadership expertise. He previously served as Director of Global Sales and Business Development at Medallia, headquartered in San Francisco, California. Before that, he was Senior Head of Operations at a leading BPO company. Chuck is skilled in driving revenue growth, global expansion, and operational excellence, with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and product management.
